In case of a complaint about a medicine, you are referred to your pharmacy. The pharmacy is obliged to receive complaints. - Reporting side effects or complaints | Norway - This is how you do it: Side effects are reported directly to the Direktoratet for medisinske produkter (Norwegian Medical Products Agency (NOMA): DMP) (https://www.dmp.no/bivirkninger-og-sikkerhet), formerly the Norwegian Medicines Agency. If you have a complaint about a medicine, please contact your local pharmacy. The pharmacy is obliged to receive complaints. - Product evaluations and adverse reaction reports | Finnish - Product submissions and adverse reaction reports pharmacovigilance-nordics@medac.se. You can file an adverse reaction report on the website of the (Finnish Medicines Agency: Fimea) at www.fimea.fi (https://fimea.fi/etusivu).
