"Winemaking at Medaur winery merge the tradition with technology to produce wines of intense varietal flavor, complexity and regional character. Medaur wines are produced entirely from fruit, grown on our own vineyards. The grapes are being processed carefully from Federico Cerelli. He has developed the styles for products such as Chardonnay, Kallmet, Trebbiano and Cabernet Sauvignon. Federico Cerelli is responsible for all winemaking and winery operations. His experience with many varietals and wine styles is of great value and makes him the 'perfect match' for both the traditional and alternative varieties."
