MedCand

MedCand aims to digitalize medical practice education and contribute to improving healthcare through personalized mentoring. Using automated digital twins of students and doctors, MedCand enables precise and optimal assignment of medical mentors. Our algorithms analyze hundreds of thousands of data points to tailor learning and support in clinical settings to individual needs. In addition, MedCand offers universities unique opportunities to leverage this data on a large scale for medical education research—a crucial step towards continuously enhancing the quality of medical education and fostering innovation in teaching. We are IT specialists and medical students from TU Munich, passionately working to make practice education simpler, more efficient, and more impactful. Our goal is to prepare our fellow students optimally for their professional lives, empowering them to reach their full potential and make a meaningful contribution to healthcare.
