MedEx (醫適能 特殊族群訓練機構) believes exercise is the best medicine to improve people's lives when doing it correctly. MedEx's vision is to help coaches and special populations to train or to be trained smarter and safer by learning thorough knowledge and, at the same time, to work together with medical professionals seamlessly.
