MedHeroes is a platform concept, designed to streamline workforce management processes in hospitals. It supports hospitals to allocate internal workforce fast and efficient and at the same time, is inclusive and involves retirees who still would like to work a couple of hours every month. Moreover, should internal capacity still not be sufficient - MedHeroes enables them to access external resources within seconds. Thereby, hospitals can cut the current process time by up to 97% and to save 80k Euro per year.
