Toronto Family Mediation Services (mediate393 inc.)

Toronto Family Mediation Services, since 2011, has provided government-funded family mediation and information services in Toronto’s Ontario Superior Court of Justice (361 University Avenue) and Ontario Court of Justice (311 Jarvis St and 47 Sheppard Ave.). We provide same day, online and in-person family mediation for family litigants, dealing with the issues before the court such as parenting plans, schedules and activities for children, child support, travel and relocation issues, and spousal support. Our services are voluntary and we screen for suitability for mediation. We provide extensive supports and referrals on all family law related matters, working closely with local Legal Aid and other sources of free and affordable legal advice; domestic violence support resources; community agencies supporting families and children; the local bar and the judiciary. We also deliver the “MIP”, an online information program that is mandatory for litigants and available to all. Our services and fees are regulated by the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. Our professionals can be found daily in the Family Law Information Centres of the courts.
