MEDIATION AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT LTD (MACS) "Enabling people to create workable solutions in difficult situations" MACS is a Conflict Resolution organisation delivering Mediation and Conflict Coaching in workplaces, schools and communities. MACS provides Open College Network accredited training in Mediation Skills as well as a range of short courses developed from our expertise in engaging in conflict constructively. Themes include Cultural Differences within Conflicts, Introduction to Non-violent Communication, Understanding Conflicts, Mediations- how it works, and Difficult conversations. MACS works with organisation to develop bespoke training for identified needs.
