Mediation Bombay

Mediation Bombay is designed to be a premier platform for mediators and negotiators. The aim is to contribute towards the ever changing landscape of mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution in the country. The competition aims to expose students to contemporary and compounded complexities of negotiation and mediation while familiarizing them with the intricacies of the process. It provides a platform for students to showcase their skills which involves depicting problem solving and analytical skills. With our last three editions successfully promoting and fostering the ADR culture, we want to take this endeavour even further. We want this legacy to consist of students from diverse parts of the world who will be the prime focus of the competition.
