Based in Sydney, Mediation Solutions was founded by principal Zoë Durand. Zoë is a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Zoë has a wealth of experience having worked as an admitted solicitor for over 10 years primarily in private practice as a family lawyer. Zoë has worked as a private practice family lawyer and also as a Court Appointed Independent Children's Lawyer, giving her a unique insight into the needs and perspectives of children in family law matters. Prior to this Zoë worked at leading national and international commercial law firms (including K & L Gates, HWL Ebsworth and Holman Fenwick Willan).
