Clinics can connect their own sensors (BLE, vitals, wearables), trigger HIPAA-safe variables from real-time data, integrate with their EHR, and manage care without code. Our platform combines a no-code web portal for AI-driven workflows, interface builders, and seamless data stream integration with a patient-facing mobile app that turns real-time vitals into actionable care. Today, most clinics can only afford to monitor their highest-risk patients using expensive RPM models. Medibound makes it possible to triage everyone—automating follow-ups and surfacing what matters so nurses can focus on every patient and still get home on time.
