Hosting Service- Our servers can run your Electronic Medical Records software at our location saving you from having to purchase, maintain, upgrade (and eventually replace) a server located at your office. All of our hosted clients' critical data is backed up nightly to an offsite location at no additional charge. Also, we make regular copies of your entire server configuration at no additional charge in case of a large-scale disaster.
Information Risk Assessment and Security Audits (RASA)- Our technicians have worked long and hard to create a comprehensive Risk Assessment and Security Audit program. After an initial questionnaire is completed, each PC, router and server is checked for security issues. Basic IT security training and documentation materials are provided to your office as needed. Policies are reviewed with your HIPAA Security Official and suggestions for improvement are provided. Each month, any PCs/servers involved in the audit are reviewed for any new security issues. All of this work can be done remotely.
