Medical Dataway AG is a Swiss startup unlocking the potential of AI for surgery. Leveraging both its expertise in machine learning and access to a large data pool of surgical videos, Medical Dataway has developed a revolutionary technology in computer vision for medical imaging.
Medical Dataway’s visual foundation models specialized in medical and surgical videos and other forms of imaging, add “eyes” to surgical robots and surgical devices. The product line SurgEye provides them with real-time feedback applications supporting surgeons directly during surgeries. In 2024 Medical Dataway will present pilot products for enhanced intraoperative visualization and in 2025 risk detection/alert systems for (robot/device-assisted) surgeries.
In addition, the post-analytic software MDW Copilot enables young surgeons to improve their skills and experienced surgeons to optimize surgical processes.
