1. Self Service staffing - through our “MedicaShift” App, now available on IOS Store and Android play store or through our website (www.medicalshifts.com) you can put in staff requests and make approvals while deciding how much you want to pay.
2. Temporary Staffing – This option allows the employer flexibility to fill any immediate needs by making a request to MedicaShift. We find staff for you as needed to cover any shifts.
3. Contract Staffing- These are 4, 8, or 13 week contract assignments while you are trying to find replacement due to FMLA, Maternity Leave, Vacations, ETC
4. Temporary to Permanent - In all its simplicity, the temporary-to-permanent placement method allows employers to try out an employee before making the decision to hire them.
To make sure we send you qualified and certified staff we make sure we:
1. Verify certification such as CNA’s, CMA’s, HHA’s, LPN’s and RN’s
2. Do a thorough Criminal Background check
3. We do Drug screenings on all our staff
4. Check for any OIG exclusions
5. Make sure they have a negative TB Test
6. They have a Covid Vaccination and CPR Certification
Using our services will save you time and money as we have already conducted the interviews, onboarded staffing, completed the necessary background checks and drug screenings and confirmed certifications.
MedicaShift was established in Kansas and has grown into Colorado. We are currently expanding to Florida. We would love to partner with you as we grow further!
