The team at Medicine in Motion Health Group are dedicated Allied Health Professionals located on the NSW South Coast who endeavour to promote exercise as medicine in the treatment and prevention of injury, persisting pain and chronic disease. We aim to educate our clients on the health benefits of exercise, motivate our clients to make good health choices and instil life-long changes in health behaviour. We have a number of clinic locations in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven areas, mostly consulting from Medical Centres and local Gyms. Our aim is to work collaboratively with your healthcare team to help you achieve your health and rehabilitation goals. Our team is also available to perform home visits, complete your sessions outdoors, or meet you at your own gym (with approval from the facility).
