Patients should be allowed to own their medical imaging histories and manage the treatment process on their phones. storing, moving, and sharing their medical images should be done whenever and wherever they are. Sharing sensitive data under strict privacy regulations remains a crucial challenge in advancing medical research. Due to all problems of physical images (films and CDs), the medical imaging industry is looking for a new, safe, and innovative way in which all parties including patients, physicians, and medical imaging centers benefit to the fullest. Medical images are an important basis for decisions on the treatment of patients with illnesses or accidents. In many situations, a patient needs to be able to transport images in a digital way, consult another doctor for a second opinion, or to another location for treatment. If this is not enabled, patient examinations need to be repeated (avoidable costs, avoidable radiation exposure). Today, the digital exchange of medical images is complex, costly, and in many cases not even possible. Access to medical images for treating physicians is often difficult, particularly for images acquired in different hospitals or locations. Also, for the patients themselves, access to their medical images is difficult, regardless of their location. we are going to talk about all the ways of submitting medical images to patients and the challenges each way will face. passing on films, CDs, and also centralized solutions. there is only one secure, innovative, and worldwide way in this path. the federated base system that is going to connect patients and physicians all over the world without using a third party which saves and caches the data!
