With no recruiters, or sales people, our platform serves simply to enable healthcare providers to hire without the accompanying recruitment fees. In the United States alone, healthcare recruitment is an $11Bn USD market. We feel our clients money could be put to better use. Membership is exclusive to verified healthcare professionals, and healthcare providers only. Thus removing the vast amount of 'noise' associated with other networks. We also allow our users to connect pro-actively with organisations they admire, are interested in, or may have never heard of previously, allowing them to learn more about potential career opportunities, specialisations, ambitions and culture. Again, the entire focus is for users to connect directly with potential employers. The platform will enable VC capabilities to shorten interview processes, as well as allowing healthcare professionals to connect globally. Our 'Library' is a portal for user developed content, as well as content provided by the worlds leading medical journals. We focus on increasing collaboration and innovation, thus are also innovating the peer review process, via our network, in order to promote healthcare development globally.
