Meditation Capsules provides a host of services that assist children aged 3 to 18, to learn the skills that build awareness of their body and mind. We develop inquiry-based programs that are engaging, effective and creative to impart strategies that help children regulate their emotions, build resilience and most importantly, connect to their hearts. Over 20 years of in-field experience and wisdom allows us to deliver tailored, comprehensive Mindfulness education in a variety of ways: - Whole school presentations and workshops scaled to suit large presentations or individual class sessions - Targeted and age appropriate Mindfulness programs across Early Primary, Primary and Secondary designed to literally bring Mindfulness to life through the promotion of personal inquiry with hands-on discoveries. - Professional development with a certified accreditation via the Certificate of Creative Mindful Education for Children to support teachers, allied professionals and existing meditation teachers.
