In 1993 Medivax begins its operations as a manufacturer of needleless injectors and importer and dealer of rapid diagnostics tests and glucose monitors for diabetes/consumer market.
In 1997 Medivax decided to expand its activities by focusing its commercial activities into the Laboratory market. Shortly thereafter it succeeded to register the product lines and
obtain the exclusive distribution rights for two American companies: BION Enterprises (Producer of IFA Slides/Autoimmune and Virology) and INDX (pioneer in the Dengue and Leptospira market) with the Dip-S- Tick and later the Elisa formats.
Along the next years a selected number of companies with products focused towards niche markets in Autoimmune and Immunology were added to Medivax business, such as: Panbio ( USA and Australia) , Scimedx (USA), Biotrin ( Ireland) , Binax (USA), Techlab (USA), Microgen (U.K), Core (U.) , Biotec (U.K), Orgenics( Israel), Unipath (U.K) and BMD( France) along with their 50 different products The company enjoys a close relationship with most of their suppliers.
