MedTech20

Innovation and progress are the backbone of healthcare. However, developing, procuring and implementing solutions that fulfil all aspects of patients’ needs are difficult and still remain a challenge. A critical piece of data is missing. We intend to fill that gap. MedTech20 is a tool for evaluating medical devices and services. Yet, it is perhaps better described as a facilitator for better decision-making, both for those manufacturing medical devices, and those prescribing them. By using patient experiences as a road map, MedTech20 is designed to provide evidence for tailoring medical devices towards patients’ preferences, and in turn, create a more cost-effective and efficient healthcare. MedTech20 is a standardized solution using scientifically validated questions, and by evaluating how medical devices affect patients in their everyday lives, it can provide critical clinical input to all stakeholders within healthcare. Simply put, Medtech20 measures what no one thought was possible - and everybody stands to gain from it.
