About MedWaveImage
The MedWaveImage project aims to enhance healthcare in Central Europe by improving access to innovative technologies, particularly in peripheral and rural areas. It focuses on transferring microwave imaging (MWI) technology from universities to SMEs, leveraging MWI's low-power, portable, and cost-efficient benefits. The project involves collaboration across Central Europe to develop and clinically integrate MWI-based devices for neck cancer, breast cancer, and cerebrovascular diseases.
