We plan and pay for healthcare services in Medway. We are led by a governing body, an independent lay member for patient and public involvement, an independent registered nurse, an independent secondary care (hospital doctor) and senior managers. We work closely with Medway Council and have a joint commissioning team which works across Children and Adult Services. Medway also has a Health and Wellbeing Board which brings together health and social care partners in the area.
