Medyascope is a pioneering online media platform, providing non-partisan commentary and analysis on national, regional and world news. Medyascope's aim is to contribute to the flourishing of democracy and media freedom in Turkey and become a sustainable media outlet relying on new media tools.
Medyascope live broadcasts scheduled and non-scheduled programs, consisting of debates, interviews and daily and weekly news shows, on politics, economy, culture and sports via Periscope, Facebook and YouTube. Most of our programs are broadcasted in Turkish, however, you may find content in Kurdish, English, French and German as well.
Medyascope's purpose and mission is to do independent and objective journalism and contribute to the creative usage of new media tools in socio-political contexts with increasing censorship and authoritarianism.
