When the practice first opened its doors, condominiums were still fairly uncommon in New England, and condominium law was a brand new legal specialty. The founding partners recognized the growth of condominiums in other parts of the country and knew that the same would happen in Massachusetts and throughout New England. In response, they formed MEEB in anticipation of the coming demand for a large law firm dedicated to the needs of condominium communities.
