Meep’s patented silicon photonics chip technology has the necessary features to bring health monitoring into your home. It allows for sensitive detection of a wide variety of bioanalytes, while being able to do so in a quantitative way. Furthermore it has the multiplexing capacity to measure several disease markers with one test. The tests are read-out by a hand-palm sized reader that is designed with the untrained individual in mind. A smartphone application guides the user while the medical data can be accessed by the clinician in the cloud.
