Similar problem is observed in many industrial application thermal interface material. Our innovation has brought in electronic thermal conduction where electron become main carrier of heat. With application of nanoscience, vertically aligned metallic nanocylinders are synthesized and provides the 6X increased surface, along with electron heat carriers.
