The host can easily monitor meeting attendees, amend resolutions and view live voting results on the MeetingPal dashboard. MeetingPal can be configured to flexibly accommodate any necessary meeting procedures or processes.
The app was initially designed for community schemes such as bodies corporate and home owners’ associations to manage annual general meetings (AGMs), special general meetings (SGMs), trustee meetings and round robin resolutions.
