At Mefathim, we make the Orthodox community a part of the hi-tech industry by training excellent Junior Programmers from the religious sector. Mefathim is a specialty program targeted at members of the Orthodox community who wish to become a driving force in the Israeli hi-tech industry. Our mission is to expand the pool of talented Israeli programmers and keep up with the ever growing demand for top-tier hi-tech employees. We provide our students with the necessary tools and indepth knowledge of the field, using academic research methods, in-house training and soft-skills development. This unique 18-month program is taught by leaders in their field, all of whom have extensive knowledge and experience in the Israeli hi-tech industry.
