Private and family owned business of a property in the center of Dornbirn in Austria. The property consists of 6 business and 5 apartment rental objects. The business target is to preservate and further improve this very traditional premises which is one of the first solid constructed buildings in the city of Dornbirn, built approximately 300 years ago. Part of the business is the administration of tenants, Facility Management, Property Management, Facility development and maintenance. The property is owned by the third generation of the family. In May 2018 we completed one of two Semi-Serviced Apartments for short term rental from 2 weeks to maximum 6 months.
