Mega KLC is a joint venture between JNV Ventures and KLC Technical Plastics, Europe. The JV was established in 2019 to manufacture a range of interior and exterior decorative,2K and critical injection moulded plastics components with the latest cutting-edge & innovative technology. Mega KLC’s wide expertise also includes Piano black Painting with IR & UV coating solutions, Laser Engraving, Multi Colour Pad Printing and Ultrasonic welding.
The joint venture’s product profile is primarily supplying to the automotive, white goods & home appliances, medical equipment and industrial sectors in India. The JV has its state-of-art manufacturing footprint at Chakan, near Pune spread over 40,000 sq. Ft. It is IATF 16949: 2019 and DUNS certified.
MKLC has several injection moulding machines ranging from 50T to 650T, A 6-Axis fully Robotic Paint line with IR & UV coating solutions, Optical laser engraving machines with Day & Night backlite technology, pad printing and ultrasonic welding machines. To add value to its customers, JNV Ventures has also backwards integrated into Mould manufacturing by setting up its own Central Engineering & Tool Development centre to provide a complete end-to-end solution.
Through its commitment to manufacturing with cleaner, sustainable and innovative processes, MKLC also has access to the technology of the Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) process through its JV partner.
