Megan Evans Consultancy

I am a freelance consultant supporting the public, private and third sector in the UK, Europe and beyond. I use my knowledge, skills and experience of facilitation and organisational development to support organisations, teams and groups to develop and grow. I have worked in the charity/voluntary/community development sector for over 30 years, as a consultant, paid member of staff and as a board member. I am fascinated by the power of facilitation and use a range of techniques and methods to help teams and organisations plan more effectively, listen to stakeholders and ultimately achieve their objectives. Recently I have focused on supporting organisations to develop their online facilitation and meeting skills in addition to helping teams, companies and groups going through change. I find this work really stimulating and rewarding and it builds on the skills and knowledge I gained managing two large scale national programmes in Wales, Participation Cymru and Communities First. Previously I was a teacher supporting children and young people including those with neurodiverse behaviour and worked for a range of non-profit groups in the support, environmental and health sector. This included working as a manager at the local City Farm, drugs worker and play-scheme worker and ages ago I was a zookeeper at Edinburgh Zoo!
