Established in 2000, LLC "MEGA PACK LTD" is a leading manufacturer specializing in polypropylene products. Our advanced production methods involve extruding polypropylene tapes through flat slit dies, followed by weaving to create a range of high-quality products. Our facilities boast a spacious office building spanning 4 floors covering 9,216 square meters, and a production building with 4 passages measuring 168m x 96m, totaling 16,128 square meters of production space. Our production structure includes dedicated sites for raw material storage and preparation, tape extrusion, woven hose and bag production, lamination, sewing, printing, packaging, and waste recycling. With a design capacity of 400 tons per month and two process flows, we efficiently produce a diverse array of polypropylene packages for bulk food and chemical products. Our product range encompasses various types of polypropylene tapes, including film-type, fibrillated, packing, and multifilament tapes. Additionally, we manufacture woven polypropylene tapes, slings, and hoses, along with polypropylene bags, string bags, and soft containers. We also specialize in producing liner bags, wagon liner bags, and hydro- and vapor-proof films.
