Mechanical Engineering Group membership is open to anyone with an interest in mechanical engineering. This includes students, technicians, draughts persons, local body and SOE employees, engineering sales staff, management and consultants. We hold informal meetings and site visits most months, including social gatherings and hearing from guest speakers. Site visits include factories, workshops, industrial suppliers, and large engineering projects. Talks are of broad interest rather than being highly technical.
