MeGo is a unique tech and engineering training program designed to open the doors of Israel’s high-tech industry to the ultra-Orthodox community. Founded in 2022, MeGo trains hundreds of talented men every year with the professional and technical skills needed to join the industry - without giving up their identity, values, or dreams. Powered by The Kemach Foundation in partnership with Israel’s Ministry of Labor, the Innovation Authority, leading technology colleges, top high-tech companies, and philanthropic partners - MeGo is building a new, inclusive pathway into Israel’s innovation economy.
