Starting as a mold maker company in Japan in 1948, MEIKI expanded its business to different parts of the world.
MEIKI establishes in 1996 in Tijuana, Mexico, as a mold service shop incorporating injection molding, promptly meeting with the plastic parts market demands in the region, and shortly becoming a leader in the injection molding industry.
MEIKI offers a variety of specialized services to meet with different customer demands, and seeks professional solutions tailored to each particular requirement. MEIKI offers the following services and equipment:
Injection Molding.
- Heat & Heat injection molding method.
- Over-molding injection molding method.
- High gloss mirror finish product injection.
- 15 injection machines ranging from 180T to 1600T.
- UL certification.
Tooling Shop.
- Mold repair, maintenance and modifications.
- SPI's molds polish at different grades (A1-A3, mirror polish).
- Molds texturing (outsource).
- Fitting adjustment (precise mold closure).
- 18 machines in site between CNC’s, EDM HDCN’s, grinder, radial drills, milling machine, band saw, welder,
polisher, lathe, press, etc.
Additional Operations.
- Outsource mold manufacturing services, or in MEIKI corporate in JPN (only if required by customer).
- Pad printing.
- Assembly and packing of finished product.
- Incoming and in-process inspections, OBA audits and sample inspection by quality control team, certified in
ISO 9001:2015.
