In July, 2016, Meiracopp Nigeria Limited was incorporated in Nigeria as an Energy & Infrastructure advisory firm; providing Investment Transaction Guidance to numerous African and non-African oil and gas companies. In the eight [8] years, leading to July, 2024, Meiracopp’s completed projects and existing clientele were mostly focused on upstream investment, along with a handful of midstream projects. Our upstream investment clientele ranged from Exploration & Production (E & P) companies to financial institutions, family businesses and high net worth individuals and governments. in August 2024, we rebranded to “Meira Upstream”; to focus on what was evidently the most vibrant aspect of our eight [8] year transaction advisory portfolio. Meira Upstream is a repurposed, new organization relying on its eight years transaction advisory experience in Upstream Investment, to offer unique support to our existing and new hydrocarbon business clients, both in Nigeria and elsewhere in the world. We are now focused on enabling E & P investments in numerous hydrocarbon basins.
