The Middle East Leadership Association is a non-profit leadership development network that builds, connects and nurtures leaders to create a better future for the Middle East and the world. MELA is the Middle Eastern arm of a global network spanning North America (SIBF); Central Eurasia (CELA); and Southeast Asia (SEALA). Together, the global network extends across 46 countries, with approximately 2,000 network members.
