Melanin Rising

Melanin Rising is a 100% Black woman and artist-owned company creating apparel and personal care products. Carry sizes and styles for all ages and genders, we center the creativity of people of the African Diaspora. Our social venture lies on the intersections of art, fashion and social justice. We are located on the stolen and occupied territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) nations. OUR VALUES CREATION: We honor the role of creativity as a sacred and powerful force for social change. EDUCATION: We are humbled by the opportunity to act as a catalyst for education and the dismantling of miseducation. CELEBRATION: We celebrate the loving generosity offered to the human family by Black creatives; past, present and future.
