Melber Flinn was formed in 2015. It is small, specialist interim healthcare recruitment business focused on above all, quality of service. We source and place interim managers of all professional backgrounds, between mid-management and board level into a predominantly NHS client base. We’re proud to operate out of Yorkshire, but we have full national coverage. We’re indifferent to where you are, we’re more interested in how we can help. Melber Flinn is ethical and values driven.
