As an active member of the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA), this focus drives the organisation through embracing an important ethos: To establish and sustainable, ‘green’ building practices that support the long-term maintenance of Buildings Green Star Ratings. The founders of Melbourne Building Management have over 20 years’ experience across the property, building and people management industries. The senior team boast a diverse range of experience backgrounds, including: Engineering, Facility Management, Property Management, Owners Corporation and as Environmental Managers and Educators. These skills combine to provide a technical advantage over our competitors within the Facility Management industry.
