Melegant Group is a Melbourne based property development and investment management organisation. We operate with the aim to create quality and aesthetically pleasing homes for people to live in and spaces for people to work and play. Founded in 2013, the group has delivered over 60 developments, comprising 339 residential units valued over $420M AUD. Starting with smaller townhouse developments, Melegant continues to grow and is now developing apartments, larger townhouse developments as well as entering the childcare sector. Our directors invest into the majority of our developments and take a hands-on approach to managing each project, helping to ensure each unique development is delivered to the highest standards, whilst generating strong returns for investors.
