Melhorn has worked with an array of design professionals, engineers, and tradespeople, gathered over the years, to ensure each project is tailored to the needs of each client. This approach aligns with the firm's mission to “always bring solutions, invest in each other, and own our work.” The firm has been involved in over 100 projects since its inception, with projects located in coastal areas, planned communities, and historic neighborhoods. Notably we delivered multiple projects at the height of the Covid pandemic and designed a structurally resilient home that was put to the test in Jupiter Inlet Colony.
