Working in and dealing with a variety of different coaching domains across both Life & Business Coaching, our core competency and specialism is within Divorce & Separation Coaching. Running a bespoke 5-Step Divorce & Separation Coaching Programme, built over 33+ years personal experience and calling on practices, tools and techniques taught and acquired through vigorous mindset strategy training. This programme is designed specifically for those either currently in the midst of a divorce/separation, about to embark on this emotionally charged and challenging life situation, and even for those who have maybe been divorced/separated for many years but still need closure or know how they process and manage their emotions and mental strategies. We work in key area's such as, but not limited to: - Understanding, overcoming and acceptance of past negative emotions (anger, sadness, fear, guilt and many more) - How to foster improved communication strategies with your former partner. Imperative and invaluable where children are involved. - Increase low self-esteem & confidence - How to eradicate limiting beliefs and decisions - Over come conflict, both internally and externally - Gaining a hold of your response strategies, in both verbal and non-verbal communications. - Assistance in rebuilding your life thereafter for the future you desire and deserve. Each situation and circumstances is as different and indeed very personal for all involved, like a snowflake, no one is the same and neither is each individuals interpretation and re-"actions" the roller-coaster of one of life's hardest scenarios to go through. Our programme and our Coaches are the same, no any one single way is best. Each client is different and we approach each situation with the sensitivity it deserves in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.
