- Biochar is one of the main ‘waste products’ from Pyrolysis and is a key part of its carbon-negative efficacy.
- It is the result of the anaerobic ‘burning’ of the green-waste that has been used during the Pyrolysis process and that emission-free activity leaves a soily-charcoal substance that locks carbon back into the land and removes it from the atmosphere.
- Applications range from Accelerated Soil Recovery (ASR), Peat Bog Restoration (PBR), Better Forestry Growth (BFG) including enhancing necessary mycorrhiza growth and recovery, and Quality River Filtration (QRF).
