A wellness events company that curate experiences that nurture the soul. Specialising in yoga, meditation, and breath work, we offer a sacred space for individuals to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. At Mellow we are passionate about providing moments of relaxation and recovery for those in a corporate environment, through regular or one-off wellness sessions, in order to help people live and work with more presence, energy and inspiration. With a decades experience in the corporate world, Dan (our resident yoga teacher and co-founder) has first hand experience of the pressures that can come from this environment and the need to look after our mental and physical health. Our offerings include enriching workshops, rejuvenating retreats, weekly yoga classes and online mediation sessions that encourage moments of stillness from the comfort of your home. Each gathering is rooted in our mission to take a compassionate, human approach to wellness — helping you embrace self-acceptance, presence, and foster a sense of belonging.
