Melody FM 97.9 is one of the first FM radio brands in Syria. Radio City started its operations in Syria in September 2006 in Damascus. Melody 97.9 FM was part of Melody Holding. Melody is Syria's leading media and communications group with its interests spanning Program production, AD recording and scripting, and local and celebrity news – and is one of the largest media conglomerates in the country. Melody published a lot of radio programs and shows that are well engaging with the rising generation of young people and serve their needs and wants and hosted several main events in the country and Syria's No.1 morning radio show. Our mission is to innovate the radio industry and to encourage young and emerging talents in singing, composing, and melodies. Our vision is to be the most valuable, important, and vital service.
