MeMast is a safe place to express oneself without the fear of being judged. It's a place where one can be yourself, talk about your feelings and life problems freely. MeMast helps you in the following ways: - Freedom of expression: Write all your bottled-up thoughts, emotion, feelings without revealing your real name. Talk about the good as well as the bad. - A community to support: The community of people, who have been through similar situations and understand you, can react to your post and share their thoughts. How it works: MeMast allows a person to release their pent-up emotions through writing. Surprisingly, when a person writes down their feelings in detail, they get an emotional release and feel better. In psychology, this process is also known as Catharsis. MeMast app also gives people a community where they can share their issues without revealing their real names.
