About Memorial 5K Foundation
The Memorial 5K Foundation is a registered 501(c)(19) nonprofit organization that produces the annual Memorial 5K race and assists veterans and the families of our fallen heroes. Our annual fundraising activities benefit survivor assistance programs and veteran outreach initiatives. Volunteers with our Foundation participate in the 5K race planning, assist in our Adopt-A-Highway Program, send care packages to servicemembers overseas, and attend events like Wreaths Across America.
