The COPE program - is a 12-week program that identifies strengths and challenges that a person is experiencing and involves working collaboratively with the family.
Memory stimulation activities, Music Nurture, and Art Nurture programs.
We are NDIS registered and services are available through aged care packages. We offer a complimentary visit.
