Memory Tracks

At Memory Tracks, we develop music-driven digital care platforms—both for our own products and in collaboration with partners—focused on improving health, wellbeing, and quality of life. MedTracks® is our flagship medication reminder app, created with support from NHS Highland RD&I. It pairs medication alerts with personally meaningful music to help users stay on track with their medications and supplements—turning routine adherence into a positive, memory-boosting experience. Memory Tracks® supports the care of people living with dementia. By using song-task association at the point of care, the app helps reduce agitation, makes daily care activities easier and more effective, fosters connection, encourages social engagement, and supports independent living. [Rerelease 2026] LifeTracks®, currently in development, uses music-based prompts to support people with neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD. It helps build healthy routines, drive positive behavioural change, and increase engagement with wellbeing activities and treatments.
