Memphis Group began its business activities in the Egyptian market through its first company, AYS, founded in 2007, specializing in hotel supplies. This was followed by the establishment of Gulf Media in 2015, which is currently the leading company in the Egyptian market for importing materials and digital printing machines.
Then, in 2020, Memphis Group established Optimum For Advanced Technology, specializing in importing and selling giant advertising screens. In 2022, Memphis Group shifted towards manufacturing by establishing the first Egyptian-invested factory in China for producing digital printing materials under the name Haining Wei Hang new materials (HWH), which is the fastest-growing company in China for exporting digital printing materials and currently exports to more than 40 countries worldwide.
In 2023, Memphis Group allied with leading Dutch companies to establish the VAN HOVER factory for producing high-quality tarpaulin in China and the Netherlands.
